1 More ImageLiam started out his days working for well known butcher Tom Cribben where he eventually went on to run Tom’s chain of Butcher Block stores.
Liam was recognised by Superquinn as a shining star in his industry and was recruited by them to head up their butcher department in their Portlaoise store.
It was a long standing dream of Liam’s to one day have his own store and when he finally took the plunge and found a unit he rang the fititout team and we took it from there!
The Brief:
Convert existing seamstress workshop into a bright, modern, airy butcher shop with emphasis on retail display and back of house prep and refrigeration area.
